It’s been a month since we last checked in with The Cure’s unfolding summer festival plans, and we can now report three more confirmations in Ireland, Russia and Austria, and a schedule that now spreads from late May to early September — with a promise of ‘2 or maybe 3 more to confirm,’ according to the band’s website.

The Cure adds Werchter, Vieilles Charrues festivals — ‘5, 6 or maybe 7 more’ to come

Since last we checked in, The Cure has added two more European summer festivals to its summer touring schedule — Rock Werchter in Belgium and Festival des Vieilles Charrues in France — and is promising that ‘five, six or maybe seven more’ confirmations are yet to come, according to a note on the band’s website.
