This week’s new releases include individual 2LP vinyl editions of R.E.M.’s 1991 and 2001 “MTV Unplugged” sessions, plus a CD/DVD live document of last year’s reunion of The Call with BRMC’s Robert Levon Been filling in for his late father, and a reissue of Game Theory’s 1982 debut “Blaze of Glory.”

The Cure headlined the U.K.’s Bestival tonight, delivering a 32-song set filled with hits and a few lesser-aired tracks — including the first performance of ‘The Caterpillar’ in 20 years — with a lineup that included the return of keyboardist Roger O’Donnell, who says he’s back in the band for the third time.

With its massive 20th anniversary reissue approaching in September, Nirvana’s landmark 1991 album ‘Nevermind’ receives a track-by-track remake courtesy of Spin, which is offering a free download of the project via the magazine’s Facebook page.
