Clan of Xymox today announced the postponement of its 13-date North American tour planned for March, saying the ongoing partial shutdown of the U.S. government has meant the band’s work visas won’t be processed in time. New dates in November will be announced soon.

The long-running Dutch group Clan of Xymox returns this week with ‘Days of Black,’ its first new album in three years, a 12-song collection described by Metropolis Records as “a beautiful blend of goth rock and electronics.” Also, Wire’s ‘Silver/Lead’ gets a U.S. physical release this week.
