This week’s new releases include a second batch of 180-gram audiophile vinyl Depeche Mode reissues, plus an 11-disc box set from The Stranglers, an expanded reissue of Aztec Camera’s debut ‘High Land, Hard Rain,’ and heavyweight vinyl reissues of all six albums by The Jam.

This week’s new releases include an EP of Nine Inch Nails remixes done by Coil, plus reissues of three Stranglers albums from the ’80s and a live record, as well as the first-ever vinyl pressing of David Bowie’s 2003 album, ‘Reality,’ from the Music on Vinyl label.

Exactly one week ago, a pair of multiplatinum smash albums from Nine Inch Nails and Soundgarden — ’90s alternative standard bearers The Downward Spiral and Superunknown, respectively — celebrated their 20th anniversary. Tonight, those two acts announced a co-headlining tour of North America.

Hard to believe, but last night’s appearance by Nine Inch Nails on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” was billed as the band’s first-ever network television performance. Trent Reznor and Co., in Los Angeles to play the Staples Center, performed a mini concert on Kimmel’s outdoor stage, with “All Time Low” getting aired on the show.

This week sees the release of the first new Nine Inch Nails album in five years (‘Hesitation Marks’), the deluxe vinyl ‘Last Splash’ reissue box set from The Breeders, a pair of ‘Original Album Series’ box sets from Happy Mondays and Ride, plus the bleated U.S. release of the first Dexys album in nearly 30 years.

Every few days, it seems, another new track has emerged from Nine Inch Nails’ comeback album Hesitation Marks, so it was no surprise when the full album’s inevitable leak came today — and it’s equally unsurprising that Trent Reznor responded by making the record available to stream a full week ahead of its release.

With the arrival of Nine Inch Nails’ comeback album Hesitation Marks now about three weeks out — and with a number of the new tracks having been debuted in concert — Trent Reznor is releasing a second single off the album in the form of “Copy of A,” which you can hear right here.
