Video: Nine Inch Nails bring ‘All Time Low’ to ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ in network TV debut

Hard to believe, but last night’s appearance by Nine Inch Nails on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” was billed as the band’s first-ever network television performance. Trent Reznor and Co., in Los Angeles to play the Staples Center, performed a mini concert on Kimmel’s outdoor stage, with “All Time Low” getting aired on the show.

Every few days, it seems, another new track has emerged from Nine Inch Nails’ comeback album Hesitation Marks, so it was no surprise when the full album’s inevitable leak came today — and it’s equally unsurprising that Trent Reznor responded by making the record available to stream a full week ahead of its release.

Trent Reznor went full circle Friday night in Chicago, bringing his resurrected Nine Inch Nails back to Lollapalooza some 22 years after the band played the then-traveling tour’s inaugural year. This time, instead of landing a daytime slot under the hot sun, NIN headlined the festival’s first night.
