This week’s new releases include a pair of 2CD sets from famed synthpop label ZTT Records (an expanded reissue of Propaganda’s ‘A Secret Wish’ and the Art of Noise comp ‘Influence’), as well as a blue-vinyl issue of Devo’s new ‘Something for Everybody’ and the debut from The High Confessions, featuring Sonic Youth’s Steve Shelley and Chris Connelly (Ministry, Revolting Cocks).

With its new album delayed until fall, landmark postpunk act Killing Joke this week announced it will issue ‘In Excelsis,’ an EP culled from the same sessions, later this month — and released ‘Endgame,’ a free MP3 that marks the first new music from the band’s original lineup since 1982’s ‘Revelations.’

Highlights from tonight’s ‘Dark Wave’ on Sirius XM’s 1st Wave include a pair of album cuts (‘More Than a Party,’ ‘And Then…’) from Depeche Mode’s ‘Construction Time Again,’ a Giorgio Moroder tune from the ‘Cat People’ soundtrack (‘Leopard Tree Dream’) and one of The Smiths’ finest moments (‘Death of a Disco Dancer’).

Reconstituted postpunk act Killing Joke this week announced it will push back the release of its forthcoming album ‘XIII: Feast of Fools’ from April until September, and delay its 30th anniversary tour of Europe and North America until later this year.
