Steve Wynn this week unveiled four concerts in Spain for his previously announced reunion of The Dream Syndicate this September, a short run of dates this fall meant to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the seminal Paisley Underground act’s debut album ‘The Days of Wine and Roses.’

Last weekend, The Stone Roses brought their improbable reunion tour to Manchester for three nights at the city’s Heaton Park, playing to a total of 220,000 fans in what have been billed as the fastest-selling concerts in U.K. history — and now you can watch the complete, 19-song, 100-minute set from the band’s first night.

The Specials next month will release a 26-track live album dubbed ‘More… Or Less: The Specials Live’ in both 2CD and 2LP formats, collecting “the best of the best tracks” from U.K. and European dates on the band’s 2011 reunion tour, EMI Catalogue announced this morning.

Steve Wynn will reunite The Dream Syndicate this September for the first time in more than 20 years to play “a handful of shows” in Spain to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the band’s debut album ‘The Days of Wine and Roses’ — plus ‘very possibly some more (concerts) beyond’ those performances.

While a reunion of The Replacements doesn’t seem to be in the cards, Tommy Stinson has revealed that he’s recording a track with Paul Westerberg to benefit their former bandmate Slim Dunlap — who joined the ‘Mats following the expulsion of Bob Stinson — as the guitarist recovers from a stroke he suffered in February.

The reunited Dead Can Dance — co-founders Brendan Perry and Lisa Gerrard — today debuted the first track off ‘Anastasis’, their first album in 16 years, which arrives Aug. 9 in conjunction with the launch of a massive world tour.
