The reunited Dream Syndicate have debuted the second new track off their upcoming album How Did I Find Myself Here? — the band’s first new record in nearly 30 years — and announced a 12-date U.S. tour in support of that release this December. Stream the new song here, and check out tour dates.
Tanya Donelly has announced plans to go into the studio with her reunited ’90s act Belly to record that band’s 22-years-in-the-making third album, and she’s re-teaming with her former Throwing Muses bandmate (and step-sister) Kristin Hersh for a concert this fall in Boston.
The Breeders, who’ve been in the studio recording a follow-up to 2008’s Mountain Battles, will head out on the road this fall, playing nine dates in Europe in October followed by 10 more dates in the U.S., including a slot opening for the Arcade Fire in St. Paul, Minn. See full dates here.
The reunited Dream Syndicate today announced its first new album in 29 years, an eight-song collection titled How Did I Find Myself Here? that’s due out in September and is preceded by the release of its title track, an 11-minute psychedelic journey that you can stream in full right here.
