Post-punk legends Killing Joke today announced plans to celebrate their 40th anniversary this year with a pair of limited-edition career-spanning box sets and a world tour that will open in the U.S. this September before hitting South America, Europe and the U.K. See the full tour dates right here.

Legendary post-punk act Wire kicks off a new reissue series on Record Store Day in the U.K. with the release of Nine Sevens, a box set collecting nine 7-inches spanning 1977 to 1980 — seven singles, plus one that was never released, and a bonus EP that came with early pressings of 154. John Lydon’s reactivated Public Image Ltd. will celebrate its 40th anniversary this year with tours of the U.K., Europe and Japan, along with the release of a new documentary and a career-spanning box that are both titled “The Public Image Is Rotten,” the band announced today.
