U.K. postpunk act Ski Patrol next month will release a new anthology collecting the group’s recorded output from 1979 to 1981, a 14-track collection that will include their singles, previously unreleased mixes and songs from their final studio session, their John Peel radio session and more.
Cherry Red Records this week revealed the final tracklist for its deluxe-edition reissue of the NME’s legendary C86 cassette, which finds the original 22-song indie-pop compilation now expanded into a 3CD set — up from a planned two-disc collection — that will feature 72 total tracks.
Pulp’s 1995 Britpop masterpiece, Different Class, will receive its first-ever U.S. vinyl pressing this summer when Plain Recordings releases a new 180-gram pressing of the Mercury Prize-winning album, the label announced today. No release date has yet been announced, and the pressing will not include bonus material.

The Replacements reunion returns to Canada — where it began — this summer with a just-announced appearance at the Osheaga Music Festival in Montreal, just the latest in what continues to be a festival-only affair for the reunited ‘Mats.
