RELEASE: Between Dog and Wolf
BACKSTORY: The U.K. post-punk act this week releases, in the U.K. (it’s out next week in the U.S.), ts 12th studio album and first in four years, a 14-track set on which the band debuts its new bassist. Songs include “I Need More Time,” “March in September” and “Horsemen” (see full tracklist).

RELEASE: And I’ll Scratch Yours
BACKSTORY: Peter Gabriel this week, in the U.K., finally releases the companion to 2010’s Scratch My Back, this time offering up versions of his songs covered by may of the artists (Arcade Fire, Lou Reed, Paul Simon) that he covered on the original. Not clear if there will be a U.S. release.

RELEASE: Live in Lyon
BACKSTORY: The Roxy Music frontman this week releases a live DVD/Blu-ray filmed in July 2011 in Lyon, France, during his tour in support of the Olympia album. Tracks include “Slave to Love,” “Just Like Tom Thumb’s Blues,” “Avalon,” “Jealous Guy,” “Love is the Drug” and more.
