Earlier this month, the directors and producer of “The Posters Came From the Walls” — a new documentary exploring the depths of Depeche Mode fandom — hosted a special screening in London attended by former band member Alan Wilder, who also participated in a Q&A with the filmmakers afterward (see video above). The film, which was commissioned by Mute Records head Daniel Miller, has been screening in art-house theaters in the U.K. this month, and is expected to be released on DVD next year. (For California fans, the film will receive its Los Angeles premiere at Art Los Angeles Contemporary in late January.)
