Reunited indie-pop outfit The Ocean Blue gave fans an early taste last fall of two tracks — “Blow My Mind” and “A Rose is a Rose” — off its first new album in 13 years, and now, with that record, Ultramarine, due out in March, the band has premiered another song, “Sad Night, Where Is Morning?,” which you can stream below.
The album — the band’s first since 2000′s Davy Jones’ Locker — is due March 19 on Korda Records, the Minneapolis-based label started by the band’s David Schelzel and some friends. The band is expected to tour this spring, with dates currently set in Seattle in February and at South By Southwest in Austin, Texas, in March (see dates below).
The band also debuted a video for “Blow My Mind” over at Paste last week.
The Ocean Blue tour dates:
Feb. 24: Tractor Tavern, Seattle, WA
March 16: South By Southwest, Austin, TX

I love it, love it.
Wow! I really like this…
the Korda sampler tracks worried me. this helps to assuage that initial disappointment.
This is really good and I am so looking forward to this cd coming out.
This is wonderful. 3/19 can’t come soon enough.
This has a nice feel to it…love TOB.
I love it. I love them. I am so glad they are back again. They make me feel so good, even when their songs are sad.
