Mute Records this fall continues its new compilation series An Introduction To… with a disc celebrating Slovenian avant-garde industrial group Laibach’s “unique take on the art of the cover version,” compiling 15 tracks, including newly recorded version of The Normal’s “Warm Leatherette” and Bob Dylan’s “Ballad of a Thin Man.”
The disc, An Introduction To.. Laibach / Reproduction Prohibited, is due out Sept. 3 in Europe and Nov. 6 in the U.S., and, in addition to the new tracks, features remastered versions of covers released across the band’s 30-year career, including tracks by The Beatles (“Across the Universe,” “Get Back”), Queen (“One Vision”), Europe (“The Final Countdown”), Juno Reactor (“God is God”) and more (see full tracklist below).
Above, you can watch a trailer for the comp, set to the band’s Queen cover.

EPIC!!! Can’t wait!
Interesting. Didn’t even know they were still around! What they should do is team up with Rammstein and write a balls out crazy album with both singers.
Will be picking this one up for sure!
Its funny about Rammstein. They started out as Laibach clones & then turned to Die Kruppps Jr.
