Love and Rockets roared back to life this past weekend at the weather-abbreviated Cruel World festival in Pasadena, California — the trio’s first live performance in 15 years and the kickoff to their 17-date U.S. reunion tour that is now fully underway.
We previously posted the setlist and some video from Saturday night’s set, but now, thanks to ace music photographer Kevin Estrada, we can share this gallery of killer live shots from Cruel World.

The group — David J, Kevin Haskins and Daniel Ash — played again Sunday night in Oakland, extending their festival-length set from 11 songs to 18, including performances of “Holiday on the Moon,” “Love Me” and material from their later albums, as well as the first-ever performance of Sweet F.A. outtake “My Dark Twin.”
Love and Rockets’ tour resumes Wednesday in Salt Lake City, Utah.
