BACKSTORY: It’s taken five years, but the expanded, 2CD 20th anniversary reissue of Cole’s classic debut album finally arrives in the U.S. this week. Released in the U.K. in 2004, the remastered set features a second disc with 18 live tracks, singles, B-sides and rare session recordings. And, hey, now it’s a 25th anniversary edition.

ARTIST: Depeche Mode
RELEASE: “Fragile Tension”/”Hole To Feed”
BACKSTORY: The third single from this year’s Sounds Of The Universe is an eight-song split featuring remixes of the two title tracks, plus album tracks “Come Back” and “Perfect.” It’s only the third double A-side single from Depeche Mode, following 1984’s “Blasphemous Rumors”/”Somebody” and 2006’s “John the Revelator”/”Lilian.”
