BACKSTORY: John Lydon and Co.’s 1983 performance on the German television show “Rockpalast” is released this week in Europe on Region 2 DVD (a CD version is set to follow later in February). The 13-track set includes performances of “Public Image,” “Flowers of Romance,” “Memories,” “Chant” and “Annalisa.”
