The Psychedelic Furs debut ‘No-One’ — third track off new album ‘Made of Rain’

As they continue to build up toward their first new album in 29 years, The Psychedelic Furs this week premiered the third song off the pandemic-delayed Made of Rain, a dark, swirling rocker called “No-One” that you can hear in its entirety right here. The album is due out July 31.

The Psychedelic Furs today announced they’re delaying the release of Made of Rain — the band’s first new album in 29 years — until late July due to “logistical issues” presented by the coronavirus pandemic, saying, “It’s been a long time since we’ve put out an album, and we want to make sure that we can make it available to everyone.”

Cruel World festival moved to September with Morrissey, Bauhaus and more still on board

The Cruel World music festival lives on. Goldenvoice, the event’s promoter, today announced the inaugural Los Angeles-based festival with the ’80s-heavy bill — Morrissey, Bauhaus, Blondie and Devo — is being moved to Sept. 12 from May 2 over concerns about the spread of the coronavirus.
