Elizabeth Fraser will release her first new music in more than a decade via a “finally finished” 12-inch vinyl EP featuring five songs by Fraser and her partner Damon Reece.
Pat Fish, the founder and mainstay of cult U.K. indie-pop act The Jazz Butcher, is recovering from medical treatment for an undisclosed malady, leading friends to launch a crowdfunding campaign to help raise money to cover expenses during recuperation. Full details on how to contribute right here.

J Spaceman and Sonic Boom are asking fans of Spacemen 3 not to buy any of that band’s Record Store Day releases in the U.K., saying they’re in a dispute with the owner of the record label putting out the three titles, and that “any monies from those sales will go directly to him and help fund his side of the dispute.”
