Peter Murphy continues to tease his forthcoming album ‘Ninth’ with pre-release tracks, today premiering a fifth song — another rocking number, ‘Seesaw Sway’ — off the 11-track record via the Los Angeles Times’ Pop & Hiss blog.

The release of ex-Bauhaus leader Peter Murphy’s new solo album ‘Ninth’ is still nearly three weeks away, but the folks at Nettwerk Music have dropped a fourth preview cut from the record: the rocker ‘Memory Go.’

Ex-Bauhaus leader Peter Murphy is giving fans another taste of next month’s ‘Ninth’ in the form of a third pre-release track from the record: the chugging, mid-tempo rocker ‘Velocity Bird,’ which can be streamed here.

Back in March, we brought you a stream of ‘I Spit Roses,’ the first new single in more than six years from Peter Murphy.

Last week, as Peter Murphy’s just-completed U.S. tour made its way through Pittsburgh, the former Bauhaus frontman dropped by the studios of 91.3 FM WYEP for a nearly 40-minute on-air interview and live acoustic performance — which can be streamed in its entirety.

Reuniting as Dalis Car for the first time in 26 years last fall, Peter Murphy and an ailing Mick Karn were able to record four new songs before the former Japan bassist succumbed to cancer in January — music that will be released as the ‘Dalis Car 2’ EP later this year.

Peter Murphy today released his first new single in more than six years: ‘I Spit Roses’ — which can be streamed here and is a track that will be featured on the former Bauhaus leader’s upcoming album ‘Ninth,’ which is due out in June.
