Synthpop legends Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark today announced plans to release a career-spanning 7-disc box set with unreleased live and studio material as well as a 20-song singles collection — both titled Souvenir — and debuted a new single called “Don’t Go.” Check out the full tracklist right here.

Classic synthpop outfit Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark will cap off the year with the release of a new 10-song compilation of the B-sides and remixes that accompanied the three singles released this year to promote the group’s latest album The Punishment of Luxury.
When Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark announced their new album The Punishment of Luxury last spring, the group had a handful of U.S. summer dates on the books — but it wasn’t much of a tour. Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark have released the fourth track off the group’s upcoming album The Punishment of Luxury — “The View From Here,” which you can stream in full right here. The song follows singles “The Punishment of Luxury” and “Isotype,” plus the teaser “La Mitrailleuse.”
As they build up to the release of their new album in a few weeks, Andy McCluskey and Paul Humphreys of Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark stopped by BBC Radio 2’s “Chris Evans Breakfast Show” on Friday to perform four songs — including a cover of David Bowie’s “Heroes.” Watch it here.

Mike Paradinas, aka electronic-music star µ-Ziq, has been uploading dozens of archival tracks to Soundcloud that span his musical life, including what he says is the first 4-track recording he ever made: a cover of Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark’s 1981 single “Souvenir” he recorded as a 13-year-old in 1985.
