Front 242 canceled a pair of planned concerts in their native country this weekend after Jean-Luc De Meyer was hospitalized.

Chicago’s industrial-themed Cold Waves festival will celebrate its 10th anniversary this September with a three-day event headlined by Front 242 and Nitzer Ebb.

Nine Inch Nails announced a limited number of U.S. concerts this spring and fall, including a “one night only” hometown gig with special guests Ministry and Nitzer Ebb.

Cold Waves will return to Chicago later this month for its eighth installment, and this year a number of the bands on the bill are touring — together and apart — in the weeks leading up to the Sept. 19 to 22 industrial-music festival at the Metro. Full details right here.

Nitzer Ebb’s first North American tour in nearly a decade will find the EBM giants a bit shorthanded as mainstays Bon Harris and Douglas McCarthy will not be joined on the first leg by original drummer David Gooday and Stark’s Simon Granger. Full details and tour dates right here.

EBM giants Nitzer Ebb, who reformed late last year and played a handful of dates in December, today announced a 12-date North American tour in May ahead of their planned appearances at a spate of European summer festivals and additional concerts into the fall. Full dates right here.
