The U.K. arm of Rhino Records this week uploaded a series of classic New Order videos to the label’s YouTube channel, giving us the perfect excuse to dedicate this installment of Vintage Video to one of our favorite clips: the band’s 1993 “Baywatch”-themed performance of “Regret,” filmed for “Top of the Pops.”

Peter Hook to publish ‘Unknown Pleasures: Inside Joy Division’ memoir this fall

Peter Hook will follow up his 2009 memoir ‘The Hacienda: How Not to Run a Club’ this fall with a new book that purports to tell ‘the definitive story of Joy Division’ by offering a behind-the-scenes look into the band’s ‘friendships and fall-outs, their rehearsals and recording sessions,’ as well as the suicide of Ian Curtis and its aftermath.

The Specials to release ‘More… Or Less’ 2CD live album recorded on 2011 reunion dates

The Specials next month will release a 26-track live album dubbed ‘More… Or Less: The Specials Live’ in both 2CD and 2LP formats, collecting “the best of the best tracks” from U.K. and European dates on the band’s 2011 reunion tour, EMI Catalogue announced this morning.
