Morrissey unveils full South American tour: Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia

Morrissey today rolled out the itinerary for his full South American tour, an 11-date trek in late February and March that includes concerts in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Columbia. Moz’s usual opener, Kristeen Young, will appear at all shows except the Viña del Mar International Song Festival in Chile.

Maintaining his reputation as a risky concert investment, Morrissey canceled his show at the Fox Theater Oakland, Calif., last night — the second time in two years Moz has scrubbed a performance in that city. This time, according to SF Weekly, the show was called off because Morrissey’s drummer suffered an eye injury.
