The Dream Syndicate will release their fourth album since reuniting this June, and you can get the first taste of the band’s new music via “Where I’ll Stand.”

The Dream Syndicate will kick off promotion of their next album with a string of performances at the South By Southwest Music Festival in Austin, Texas, this March.

Reunited Paisley Underground-era rockers The Dream Syndicate today announced they’ll be joined onstage “for a few songs” at two California shows next week by former bandmate Kendra Smith, who played bass and sang on the band’s 1982 debut The Days of Wine and Roses. She’ll play with the band in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

The Dream Syndicate  this Friday will release its first new album in near 30 years, the eight-song How Did I Find Myself Here? And as the big release date approaches, the band this week debuted a new music video for the album’s opener, “Filter Me Through You.” Watch it right here.
