Jim and William Reid of The Jesus and Mary Chain this week sued the Warner Music Group for copyright infringement, alleging the band’s label has refused to turn over the copyrights to debut album Psychocandy and the group’s early singles under the so-called “35-year law.” Full details right here.

Bauhaus is slowly piecing back together plans for its pandemic-interrupted reunion tour, today announcing a concert in New York this November following shows in México City and London. Tickets for the Nov. 3 concert at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn go on sale Friday.
