The cult-classic debut album by Chicago-bred power-pop trio Material Issue — 1991’s ‘International Pop Overthrow,’ home to modern-rock radio hits ‘Valerie Loves Me’ and ‘Diane’ — will receive an expanded 20th anniversary reissue this spring.
