Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds today premiered the second track off their upcoming 15th studio album, a nearly 7-minute slow burn called “Jubilee Street” that builds into a huge climax. You can hear the track via the official lyric video posted here. The track follows lead single “We No Who U R” off ‘Push the Sky Away.’

The first weekend of Peter Buck’s three-weekend Todos Santos Music Festival in Baja California, Mexico, wrapped up Saturday night with what was essentially a reunion of latter-day R.E.M. minus Michael Stipe as bassist Mike Mills joined Buck and his steadfast R.E.M. sidemen Scott McCaughey and Bill Rieflin onstage.

Electronic’s self-titled debut to be reissued as 2CD special edition with 8 unreleased tracks

The 1991 self-titled debut from indie supergroup Electronic — featuring New Order frontman Bernard Sumner and guitarist Johnny Marr of The Smiths, with the occasional assist from Pet Shop Boys singer Neil Tennant — will be reissued this spring in a 2CD special edition featuring eight previously unreleased bonus tracks.
