Morrissey postpones next 4 U.S. concerts to return to England to see ailing mother

Two weeks into his U.S. tour, Morrissey today postponed his next four concerts — in Pittsburgh, Pa.; Columbus, Ohio; Flint, Mich.; and Chicago, Ill. — to return to England to be with is mother, who “has been hospitalized and is unwell,” according to a note posted to quasi-official fansite True To You.
