Morrissey’s trouble-plagued and oft-postponed North American tour has come to an end as Pitchfork reports the former Smiths singer has pulled the plug on the remaining 24 dates of the trek, a good number of which already had been rescheduled not once but twice since originally being set last fall.

“Soothe My Soul,” the anticipated second single from Depeche Mode’s upcoming album Delta Machine, was given a world-premiere airing this morning in the U.K. on Shaun Keaveny’s show on BBC Radio 6 — and, not surprisingly, DM fans were ready to record the track. You can hear it right here.

For this week’s “120 Minutes” Rewind, we revisit this “120 X-Ray” segment from 1988, which finds Kevin Seal once again the victim of cheesy visual effects as he digs into the story of The Church circa Starfish, with interviews from Peter Koppes and Marty Willson-Piper.

Having just released their 11th album ‘Elysium’ six months ago, the Pet Shop Boys surprised fans this morning by announcing they already have another new studio album ready to go, and that they’ll release the record — titled ‘Electric’ — this June via Kobalt Label Services.

The Ocean Blue releases its first album 13 years next week, but you don’t have to wait until Tuesday to hear Ultramarine — the full album is now streaming at AOL’s Spinner. Plus, the band has now announced some initial U.S. tour dates this May and June, not to mention a trip to Peru.

Wire have offered up a second taste of their upcoming 13th album Changes Becomes Us — which is due out March 25 — in the form of “Love Bends,” which, like the rest of the material on the new album, is part of the band’s “exploration of unrecorded material originally written in 1979-80.”
