Reformed post-punk legends Mission of Burma hit the West Coast of the U.S. later this week for a four-date tour that includes an appearance at Seattle’s Bumbershoot festival, and, ahead of that, they’ve treated fans to a bit of new music in the form of this rehearsal video.

Morrissey announces fall European tour in support of his now label-less new album

As promised earlier this month, cancellation-prone Morrissey is returning to the road this fall — he’s just announced 18 new tour dates in Europe this October and November — although that trek now comes in support of an album that no longer has a record label or is even available digitally.

As we first reported last month, the final four titles in Siouxsie and the Banshees’ catalog (1987′s Through the Looking Glass 1988′s Peepshow, 1991′s Superstition and 1995′s The Rapture) finally will receive expanded-and-remastered CD reissues — and today the band itself announced a new, confirmed release date of Oct. 13.
