Former Hüsker Dü frontman Bob Mould is expanding a planned solo-electric outing from two previously announced New York City dates to a total of at least 10 shows, with seven new performances set for Denver, St. Paul, Minn., Chicago, Toronto, Cleveland and Austin, Texas, in April.

The Jesus and Mary Chain are still more than a month away from the release of their first new record in 18 years, but the band has now released a second single to whet fans’ appetites: “Always Sad,” a three-minute slice of ’60s-styled pop featuring guest vocalist Bernadette Denning singing along with Jim Reid.

Morrissey has announced his first live dates of 2017, including a pair of U.S. and Mexican festival performances in April and a trio of Texas concerts that were canceled twice late last year after his band’s keyboardist, Gustavo Manzur, fell ill prior to a show in Boulder, Colo.
