The Pixies today announced they’ll perform their 1987 debut EP Come on Pilgrim and its follow-up, the 1988 full-length Surfer Rosa, in their entireties at three concerts in Brooklyn this November, following previously announced runs of shows in London and Mexico City. Full details right here.

The Beggars Arkive imprint will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Bauhaus this fall with limited-edition, colored-vinyl reissues of the pioneering goth-rock band’s first four studio albums, as well as its 1982 live set Press Eject and Give Me the Tape and the Crackle best-of. For longtime fans, one of the key lures of the upcoming 9-disc R.E.M. at the BBC box set is the inclusion of a 16-song live set recorded at Rock City in Nottingham, England, in 1984 during the Reckoning tour. The band is now previewing that disc with the high-octane live version of “Radio Free Europe” that you can stream here.
With their new album set to arrive Friday, New Zealand indie-pop legends The Chills today premiere the video for super-catchy lead-off single “Complex” — which you can view below. The album, the band’s first in three years and sixth overall, is due out Sept. 14 via Fire Records, and can be pre-ordered now.
