Erasure today premiered “Shot a Satellite,” the second track off the duo’s first new record in three years and 18th studio album overall — a 10-track collection called The Neon that will be released by Mute on Aug. 21. You can hear the new song in full right here.
Fans of the Throwing Muses have found themselves having to wait a bit longer for the trio’s new pandemic-delayed album Sun Racket, but they at least were rewarded today with another new track off the record, the grinding rocker “Bo Diddley Bridge.” Hear the new song right here.
Dutch darkwave heroes Clan of Xymox return later this month with their 16th studio album and first in three years, a 10-song collection called Spider on the Wall that already has been preceded by two singles and now a third as the group debuts the video for “All I Ever Know.” Check out that new song right here.

The definitive Lloyd Cole and the Commotions box set Collected Recordings 1983-1989 — which pulls together the Commotions’ three albums, as well as bonus collections of B-sides, remixes, outtakes, demos and rarities — will receive its first-ever vinyl release later this month.
