The Godfathers today released their first new single since 1995 — a 4½-minute rocker called ‘Back Into the Future’ — and next week will release expanded reissues of 1988’s ‘Birth School Work Death’ and 1989’s ‘More Songs About Love and Hate.’

The Feelies have recorded their first new album in 20 years, a 13-track collection called ‘Here Before’ that’s due out April 12 on Bar/None Records — and is preceded by the track ‘Should Be Gone,’ the band’s first new recording since 1991’s ‘Time for a Witness.’

Big Audio Dynamite will reunite for the first time in 20 years for a nine-date U.K tour this spring as a lead-up to the band’s just-announced slot at the enormous Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in the California desert.

Reunited SST Records vets Meat Puppets today announced they will release their 13th studio album, dubbed ‘Lollipop,’ on April 12 on hard-rock imprint Megaforce Records.

Philadelphia’s Dead Milkmen recently finished recording their first new album in more than 15 years, a record tentatively titled ‘The King in Yellow’ that’s expected out sometime this spring.
