The reunited Big Country today revealed the tracklist for its upcoming 2CD ‘deluxe edition’ reissue of its 1983 debut album ‘The Crossing,’ which will be released by Universal Music on Jan. 30 in the U.K. and be supplemented with seven B-sides and a second disc featuring 17 demos — 10 of which are previously unreleased.

The reunited Big Country — with The Alarm’s Mike Peters filling in for the late Stuart Adamson — will perform its 1983 debut album ‘The Crossing’ in its entirety during a tour of the U.K. and Germany early next year in conjunction with an upcoming reissue of the classic album ‘in various formats’ by Universal Music.

ans of The Jesus and Mary Chain who already have purchased or are awaiting shipment of the new 2CD/1DVD reissue of ‘Darklands’ take note: Demon Music Group has acknowledged that there is a ‘mastering glitch’ on Disc 1 of the set that has resulted in tracks 8 through 16 beginning slightly ahead of their respective track markers.

With the first two titles of The Jesus and Mary Chain’s 2CD/1DVD reissue series — 1985′s ‘Psychocandy’ and 1987′s ‘Darklands’ — now out, Demon Music Group today released the final two trailers for the project, previews of 1994′s ‘Stoned & Dethroned’ and 1998′s ‘Munki,’ which will be released Oct. 3.

A couple weeks ago, the Demon Music Group rolled out fancy 3-D previews of The Jesus and Mary Chain’s much-anticipated 2CD/1DVD reissues, and now the label has posted short trailers of the first two: 1985′s ‘Psychocandy’ and 1987′s ‘Darklands,’ which will be released Sept. 19.
