Depeche Mode announced this weekend that it will embark on another full-catalog vinyl reissue campaign this year, this time re-releasing each of the band’s studio albums on 180-gram platters, beginning this week with Some Great Reward, Black Celebration, Music for the Masses and Songs of Faith and Devotion.

Cherry Red Records this spring will dig into The Mighty Lemon Drops’ early years with a new 24-track compilation of material culled from the indie-pop favorites’ early singles, demos, BBC radio sessions and recordings made for the NME’s legendary C86 tape and more.

Omnivore Recordings next month will reissue seminal college-rock act Camper Van Beethoven’s two major-label albums — 1988’s Our Beloved Revolutionary Sweetheart and 1989’s Key Lime Pie, with its hit cover of Status Quo’s “Pictures of Matchstick Men” — in expanded CD versions and on 180-gram vinyl.

As we first mentioned last month, Paul Westerberg’s post-Replacements solo debut —1993’s 14 Songs, featuring alt-rock radio hit “World Class Fad” — will receive its first-ever vinyl release next year in an 180-gram pressing similar to the previously announced release of his 1996 follow-up album Eventually.

Aztec Camera’s 1983 debut album High Land, Hard Rain will receive a (slightly) belated 30th anniversary reissue in North America in early 2014, a 2CD set that expands on last year’s European re-release with 16 bonus tracks that include B-sides, remixes, alternate versions and a host of live radio session material.

Following last April’s vinyl-only Record Store Day releases, Domino next year will reissue all four original albums from Scottish indie-pop act Orange Juice — You Can’t Hide Your Love Forever (1982), Rip It Up (1982), Texas Fever (1984) and The Orange Juice (1984) — on CD, as digital downloads and, once again, on vinyl.
