After teasing fans with a couple 30-second clips from its forthcoming ‘Tour of the Universe: Live in Barcelona’ DVD and Blu-ray, Depeche Mode today offered up something a bit more substantial: a nearly 6-minute electronic press kit for the film, featuring performance footage, backstage clips and interviews with Dave Gahan, Martin Gore and Andy Fletcher.

The expanded 2CD/1DVD reissue of Heaven 17’s synthpop classic ‘Penthouse and Pavement’ will pair the remastered 1981 album with 20 previously unreleased ‘demos, instrumentals and experimentation’ from that era, plus a DVD featuring the hour-long documentary ‘The Story of Penthouse and Pavement.’

With The Godfathers’ 24-track live CD/DVD set ‘Shot Live at the 100 Club’ due out in less than three weeks, Secret Records Limited today posted the first clip from the June 17 concert at London’s famed 100 Club: fan favorite ‘Birth, School, Work Death,’ the title track to the reunited band’s 1988 album.

Ever the teases, Depeche Mode this morning issued a second clip previewing its forthcoming ‘Tour of the Universe: Live in Barcelona’ DVD/Blu-ray, which is due out Nov. 8. This time the excerpt is a whopping 41 seconds long, and shows the band performing ‘Enjoy the Silence’ to an adoring Spanish crowd.

Fans today got their first glimpse of Depeche Mode’s forthcoming ‘Tour of the Universe: Live in Barcelona’ DVD/Blu-ray as the band posted a 24-second clip that mostly features shots of fans waving their arms and clapping to the strains of ‘Songs of Faith and Devotion’ single ‘I Feel You.’ Plus, there are a couple shots of Dave Gahan waving his arms and clapping, too.
