The Stone Roses apparently cut short their gig in Amsterdam last night — the third show of their just-launched reunion tour, the band’s first outing in 16 years — according to press and fan accounts, with Ian Brown emerging on stage in lieu of the expected ‘I Am the Resurrection’ encore to announce, ‘The drummer’s gone home.’

Dinosaur Jr today announced they will release their third post-reunion album, the 10-track ‘I Bet on Sky,’ on Sept. 17 in the U.K. and Sept. 18 in the U.S. and then embark on a 29-date North American tour this fall. Dates continue to slip out for The Jesus and Mary Chain’s late-summer return to North America, with concerts in Philadelphia and Madison, Wisc., joining the expanding roster. According to WXPN, JAMC will play Philly’s Union Transfer on Sept. 8, while a Sept. 19 date at Madison’s Majestic Theatre is appearing on multiple websites.
