I always enjoy your show, but this week was by far my favorite of the last year or two! Seriously. Damn. Thank you! That Clock DVA track always reminds me of a long lost friend who I still miss. You seemed to pick my favorite songs by many of these bands – and Show Of Strength topped it off!
I’m really glad that Lard is making more regular appearances. They will always hold a special place in my heart.
The two Ministry selections were a nice surprise! No one compares to Uncle Al. It was so great to see him at this year’s Cruel World.
I love Vicious Pink! Want to encore them with the naughtiness of either Fetish or Take Me Now?

At the time The Fragile came out, I was doing data entry temp work. I had a room to myself, headphones and a CD Walkman. I forget which disc – left or right, but that was the perfect music for what I was doing. It was far different from the previous releases, but I bonded with it and had it on repeat for months. For what it’s worth, maybe try putting it on in the background when you have something mind-numbing to do. It really helps get through it : – )

Second this! – I’d def love to hear some Flaming Lips on the show! The closest I’ve heard was Mercury Rev (which was bomb, of course!). Few years before Valor of C. Death ever dreamed up his classic Sex and Drugs and Jesus Christ album art, them boys from Oklahoma were singing all about Jesus Shootin’ … :-)
