Love and Rockets‘ wildly anticipated reunion — which kicks off in just over a month at Cruel World — grew significantly today with the announcement of 10 more U.S. concerts this spring, upping the trio’s total number of planned performances from just a handful to at least 16.
The newly announced tour stops pick up following the band’s late-May Pacific Northwest dates with shows in June in Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Georgia and Texas.
A pre-sale for the 10 new dates begins at 10 a.m. Eastern on Wednesday, April 12, with the general on-sale following at 10 a.m. Eastern on Thursday, April 13. See full dates and ticket links below.
The band — Daniel Ash, David J and Kevin Haskins — last performed live as Love and Rockets in 2008 with a couple warmup shows and a trio of festival slots, including performances at Coachella and Lollapalooza. The trio’s last album was 1998’s Lift, and its last tour followed that in 1999.
Love and Rockets is in the midst of reissuing most of the trio’s albums on vinyl via a new Beggars Arkive campaign. The first two titles — 1985’s Seventh Dream of Teenage Heaven and 1986’s Express — came out in January, while the next two — 1987’s Earth, Sun, Moon and 1989’s Love and Rockets — are due out April 28.
Vinyl reissues of 1994’s Hot Trip to Heaven and 1996’s Sweet F.A. will follow on June 9. And two yet-to-be announced bonus titles are due in October.
The Love and Rockets reunion follows the trio’s pandemic-interrupted reformation, with Peter Murphy, of Bauhaus. That group began its latest reunion with a trio of shows in Hollywood in late 2019, then continued with a string of headlining dates and festival appearances, including at the inaugural Cruel World festival in Pasadena, Calif. — which itself was delayed from 2020 to 2022.
In late August last year, however, Bauhaus canceled the remainder of its reunion dates in North America as Murphy entered rehab ”to attend to his health and well-being,” leaving fans wondering if the rest of the band would simply continue on as Love and Rockets.

How do we get a preorder code?
Live Nation usually sends them out via email or you might want to sign up for emails on the artist page or the venue page. Live Nation seems to re-use codes. Some they have sent me recently: OPENER, VINYL, CHORUS, SOUND
I got the email from Live Nation. It’s VINYL.
Both L&R and Daniel Ash’s official IG pages now state there is no pre-sale.
There are often multiple pre-sales for shows so they may be referring to an artist presale vs a Live Nation presale (as Tina mentioned above) or a particular credit card (like Citi) or the venue doing presales.
The AXS website doesn’t know that. It’s asking for a code. Is there a code?
Try FOOLS
Presale is happening. I just picked up BKLN tickets.
Did you use that code on the Kings Theater website? It’s telling me it’s not valid
No Boston or Providence, RI show? C’mon-let’s do this!
Amen!
I mean, way back when BIG touring groups like LOVE AND ROCKETS would play both Boston and Providence. But no Boston gig at the least? Are all of your lifelong New Englander fans supposed to driver to NYC to see the band? #UnSorted!
No Colorado stop? We loved PopTones. Come on! Add more dates!
