The Violent Femmes are headed back out on tour this June, having just announced a 10-date run of shows in the western U.S. that includes a slot at the Arroyo Seco Weekend festival in Pasadena, Calif., alongside Neil Young, Jack White, Robert Plant, Kings of Leon and The Pretenders.
The tour opens June 11 in frontman Gordon Gano’s adopted hometown of Denver — a show that’ll be opened by local tribute act Dirty Femmes, with whom Gano occasionally performs — and includes dates in Utah, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and California.
Check out the Femmes’ website for full ticketing information.
