For this week’s installment of Vintage Video, we flash back to 1986, and this clip of Oingo Boingo performing on the network TV broadcast “Disneyland’s Summer Vacation Party” on a bill that also included Kenny Loggins, Miami Sound Machine, The Bangles, Chubby Checker and more.
As you can see in the clip below, Danny Elfman and Co. are introduced by Nick from “Family Ties” and Theo Huxtable, then proceed to perform the Dead Man’s Party single “Stay” in front of a crowd of dancing fans (and some strange costumed creatures) at Disneyland.
