The Violent Femmes are going back out on the road this fall, following up their summer co-headlining tour with Echo & The Bunnymen with a run of October dates in the midwestern U.S. — including five concerts in the band’s home state of Wisconsin.
The tour kicks off Oct. 18 in Minneapolis, then swings through Wisconsin for shows in Milwaukee, Wausau, Madison, Eau Claire and Green Bay, before hitting Chicago and Ann Arbor, Mich. It’s not known whether the Femmes will be announcing more fall concerts. Tickets for the October dates go on sale Friday.
