Music fans up north have been treated this month to a new documentary series on Bravo! Canada called “Innovators in Music” that profiles artists from across different disciplines, including Steve Earle, The Band’s Levon Helm, Mickey Hart of the Grateful Dead and the Eurythmics’ Dave Stewart. The season wraps up with episodes on Billy Bragg (airing this Friday) and Sonic Youth (on Feb. 11), the latter of which is previewed in the clip above. Canadians can catch the series on Bravo!, while the rest of us can just wait until the eps show up online.
