As promised, former The Smiths guitarist Johnny Marr will embark on a spring U.K. tour following the release of his new solo album, The Messenger, with 10 dates in March announced this week, culminating with a show in his hometown of Manchester (see full dates below). Marr also revealed the cover art for the album, which is due out Feb. 26, and this morning premiered another cut off the record over at Rolling Stone.
