New wave legends Blondie and Devo will team up for a run of U.S. dates this September, four of which — two concerts in Washington state and two in California — already have been announced. The two bands each have confirmed shows in Woodinville, Wash., near Seattle, and Ridgfield, Wash., north of Portland, Ore., as well as Saratoga, Calif., in the Bay Area, with Devo’s website promising more dates are coming soon.
One of those will be at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, which already has been confirmed by promoters. Outside of those dates, however, it’s not yet clear how extensive the Blondie-topped joint tour will be, and whether it will extend beyond the West Coast.
