BACKSTORY: Sub Pop reissues Nirvana’s 1989 debut in expanded form, with a 12-track live set appended to the record (available on white vinyl, too). Plus, the band’s historic 1992 appearance at the Reading Festival is issued on CD, DVD and as a joint CD/DVD package.

BACKSTORY: This UK double-disc reissue of the acclaimed 1992 solo debut from the former leader of The Jam and The Style Council comes packed with bonuses: 25 demos, B-sides, mixes, alternate versions and unreleased songs, including three different recordings of his debut solo single, “Into Tomorrow.” There’s also a 28-page booklet with new interviews.

RELEASE: Get Us Out of Here & Doot-Doot
BACKSTORY: This 20-track import combines the 1983 debut Doot-Doot and 1985’s Get Us Out of Here, which only was released in Germany and the Netherlands (and curiously compiles the two albums out of chronological order) from the Welsh band that would morph into ’90s electronic giants Underworld.
