For those of you who aren’t, uh, Twihards and haven’t seen Bauhaus frontman Peter Murphy grace the big screen in a very, very short cameo as a vampire named “The Cold One” in “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” here’s your chance. Posted above — until it inevitably gets taken down — is a clip with Murphy’s blink-and-you’ll-miss-it “Twilight” debut, captioned by the YouTube uploader as “the best 35 seconds of ‘Eclipse.'” You can be the judge of that.

never seen any of the twilight films, (don’t really care to)but murphy looks like a bad ass vampire. too bad it’s so short.
someone give this man a leading role.
Is it wrong of me to have actually thought his little cameo was kind of cool? I don’t know what the big deal is. It’s nice to see Peter Murphy in top form again, major flashbacks to his vampiric glory days… Besides, Eclipse was actually a pretty good film.
No, it’s not wrong. I’m an alt/New-waver and I’m also a huge Twilight fan. Yes, it’s possible. And I think it’s very cool that Peter Murphy was in this movie and liked it.
Great clip. Now that I have seen Peter Murphy fight – and defeat – a CGI werewolf, my life is complete.
