Duran Duran
Newly inducted Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members Duran Duran will embark on a 27-date North American tour this spring and summer in support of their most recent album The Future Past, with Bastille and Nile Rodgers & CHIC handling opening duties.
The tour opens May 27 at the BottleRock Festival in Napa Valley, Calif., and continues through Sept. 19 in Toronto, with stops in Boston, Philadelphia, Detroit and more, including two shows at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The band says dates in New York City and Los Angeles “will be announced soon.”
A ticket presale begins 10 a.m. local time Feb. 13 for Duran Duran VIP members; visit duranduran.com and click on the Members tab for details. A Citi presale for cardmembers begins at 2 p.m. local time Feb. 13; visit citientertainment.com for more. And additional presales will be added on Feb. 14, according to the band.

In announcing the tour, frontman Simon Le Bon says:
“It’s remarkable to me that as a band, we are still hitting new milestones, and introducing the sound of DD to new generations of music lovers. We are truly grateful that we get to do what we do on a daily basis, and that we still love our job as much as we did when we started out some four decades ago.”
